Love the place but bad customer service

Loved it all, places, people, life-style, wines, social scene, humour, art, diversity. I'm a great advert for all things Australian, lol. Hoping to relive some of that and to look up and meet some old friends.

Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane

Perth is very expensive. It very isolated, but grows one you. Liked the paved biking trail system from Perth to Fremantle. Best I ever seen anywhere in my travels. Freo is a lovely place to spend just relaxing. So laid-back there. Sydney was nice, but only spent a week there. It can be expensive as well. Opera House is over-rated. Go over to Manly from the harbour. You'll like it there more. Will concentrate efforts on Brisbane and Melbourne next time.

Great city, great people.. having a ball!!

Visit Oz every 3- 5 years to see friends and family. Have friends/ family in Perth, Sunshine Coast, Central Coast, Southern Highlands, Canberra and Sydney. There just isn't always enough time to see everybody!

A great holiday by the beach while visiting my sis!!!! braught us a lot of nice memories back of mallorca.

Didnt like it one bit. My job took me to many places; Bendigo, Shepparton, Hopetoun, Beaulah, Lockington, Willaura, Hamilton, Geelong, Ararat, Ballarat etc. Too many flies, too hot & dusty. New Zealand is a far nicer place.

Melbourne is a most liveable, cultured city. The arts precinct, cafe culture, many museums, parks, cultural events, and sophistication of the Melbournians make this a desirable destination. Someone described Melbourne as the best preserved Victorian city in the world.

Nice beaches, crap night life, friendly police!, big turtles and it's great what they can do with sugar!!

I love Australia! not much entertaining things compared to Tokyo, but lovely people. multi-culture,relaxing atmosphare...

was Really the SurFers Paradise.. So i did SurF there many times ,and t has a wonderFul hotels. i've been to movie world, Dream world, Sea world, Infinity. (RECOMMENDED)

Enjoyed seeing animals in their natural habitat vice the zoo. The Kangaroo burger wasn't all that tasty to me, I think it was due to growing up with my mom reading "Winnie the Pooh" so I kept picturing Roo. I still finished eating it at the time it was expensive. I was into the nightlife during this time and it was fantastic. I didn't bring any suits for the EURO club so I walked to a nearby local one. Anyway my co-workers and I stepped in the club and went to the bar (I am not a big drinker had one horrible experience involving moonshine,a dock, a car,& a lake) as we arrive the bartender starts to hand me 3 drinks. I explained to him "I didn't order these." He informed that the drinks were paid for and pointed out the females that purchased them. Where I'm from it's customary for the male to chase the female and purchase the drinks. Needless to say I was suprised and distrustful, but in the end after getting to know them they were cool to enjoy the sights with. I still keep in touch with two of the females

My 1st wife (vietnamese) had her sister studying in australia so we spent some weeks over there traveling in one of the most gorgious countries in the world. we saw ayers rock of course and the great barrier reef; oh man i can suggest this to you all go there.

I backpacked the west coast from Broome to Perth for a month and enjoyed the clean beaches, water and the vibrant colors of the animals. Not much out there except wonderful people and red dirt. It is something to see and experience.

Impressive area, like Melbourne very much. Lots to see, and lots to learn. Was almost about to buy some aborigianl art.

Beautiful country, great people and very warm people. Went with a friend who used to live there. Great trip all around.

Most imprest about everything! hospitalily, nature, weather, weather, entertainment, food, etc.

I got to visit in . It was perfect.

Very cool time, stayed at St. Andrews College, where we had formal dinner each day with black gowns and white shirts, and neck ties. Did pray for the food every day, dinner was served with the white and red wine of the week. ;) A place for lucky jack asses. Also spent the millenium shift at the harbour bridge.

Spent summer traveling all around to Cairns Darwin Western Australia all the way to Perth. Alice Springs, Melbourne, Canberra.

Learned how to throw a boomerang too many memories to mention... Para sailed over Manly beach Completed the Sydney harbour bridge climb Sailed on a yacht into Sydney Harbour,steered part of the way. much much a beautiful place
