Vilnius is great party at Brodvejus! lots of sites to see, really enjoyed it! Go to Trakkai and see the castle in the middle of a lake! there is an awesome cafe on the main street that makes its own chocloate!!!

July . Visited and stayed in Klaipėda and visited Kaunas with my pal Viktorija (from Klaipeda). Unfortunately I hated the blinkin people who wore my happiness down to zero with their CONSTANT dull personality and agravating INSISTANCE that I should understand that they were under the rule of the Reds for soooo long. I tried to advise that 'you don't drown by falling in - you drown by staying there!". . . but alas, I went unheard . . . and kissed the ground at Stanstead when I arrived back to the UK.

The most adorable place to go! It has been the capital of the country in medieval times (13-14 cent.), and still has a castle in the island with the museum inside. the town is placed in the island, and landscape around contains more than 40 lakes! it is small enough to walk by foot, swim in boat or bicycle. worth seeing!
