Ivica5 has visited 7 places.
Milan, Italy @ couchsurfing :) (weekend trip) 2009-03-26
Well, well, well Italy. As long as i spent there only two days I did not get to see a lot. But Duomo or San Siro was quite enough. It was nice and warm, people very nice and friendly - some of them too friendly i would say :)... anyway good experience, would go again:)
Blackpool, United Kingdom @ friends house (weekend trip) 2008-07-11
Very nice shore city... a little tacky but never mind, I liked it a lot. Of course I went for few rides on roller coasters :D
San Javier, Spain @ friends house ("family holiday") 2008-05-29
Loved this place, quiet, sunny, a lot of water sports, nice beaches, friendly people, lovely restaurants, pubs. Its not an open ocean shore, so no waves :P - in that case, i don´t recommend to surfers :)... but windsurfing, or kitesurfing possible :)
London, United Kingdom 2007-10-10
One of my favorite. I am sorry, the best city i´ve ever been to or lived in so far :)... I have my best memories from London. Met new friends, fun evenings or parties in pubs, clubs. But the best place in this lively city is - Greenwich... With every visit i have to pop into this beautiful park with green grass and squirrels just to lie on blanket and relax.
Bath, United Kingdom (work) 2007-08-03
Althrough the work experience was not good, the town was very pretty. River going through with boats and very little waterfalls... it was perfect. But yes, in the summer when sun was shining. Everything in England looks much more prettier in summer or spring. Winters brings melancholy with.
Oświęcim, Poland @ one day trip 2005-08-07
This one is a tough one. We went on a school trip to see actual work camp. You may have seen movies about this kind of camps, and i am going to say, YES, it was not even good feeling to walk on the pavements they were walking, with every step i felt like I was the one suffering and starving and working hard. I would not go there again. It was too emotional for me.
Ballymena, United Kingdom @ Portstewart - to be honest - it was not an option 2005-06-10
Have been there several times (every year for past 5 years), love this place in summer time... i dont like to go there in winter. its cold and rainy - and then there is no other option but staying in bed all day long :P
