I am a retired, youthful widowed woman, Mother to two independent adult sons and Glamma to one grandson. I am also a sister, and aunt and great aunt. I value both connection and solitude and appreciate the balance between shared adventures and quiet time. I enjoy meaningful conversation and learning what makes people who they are. These days you'll usually find me in my garden, on a walking trail, trying a new craft project, spending time with family, or enjoying a good conversation over coffee.

Appearance:
I am 5'2" with a slim build. My hair style is long and changes more often than my opinions—straight, curly, up or down depending on the day. My best features are my eyes and smile. I dress conservative casual occasionally leaning towards mature modern.

Looking for:
I am looking for companionship with the hope of romance and commitment. I value honesty, kindness, and the ability to communicate openly and respectfully. Someone I can learn and grow with under the guidance of God and who is family orientated. A sense of humour is important, along with the ability to play well with others. I prefer a conservative casual appearance. I like walking, biking, swimming, paddling, ping pong and yoga. Spain and Hawaii are currently at the top of my travel wish list, although I'm always open to new adventures. I enjoy crafts and animals, and occasionally photograph precious moments. I would prefer to meet someone in Alberta as I wouldn't want to be away from my sons for too long, but am open to Canada, United States, Spain or Hawaii. (lol)
